– We offer design and validation services that meet AS 9100D & ISO 9001 standards, as well as expertise in bridging the gap between development and cost-effective/ DFM solutions to serial production and short TTM .
– We help our clients define and measure their application requirements, write the SOW, and translate the requirements into clear and actionable specifications.
– We provide fast and flexible design and production of low volume high mix & prototypes, using our in-house capabilities of machining, electrical cabinet wiring, assembly, integration, and ATP.
– We specialize in motion technology & servo control, and we have experience in performing various analyses such as statics, dynamics, longevity, strength, vibrations, heat transfer, wind, etc.
– We adapt to configuration changes, mandatory changes and E.C.O’s & F.C.O’s with quick and responsive feedback.
Target customers and fields –
– Startups: We offer development services for companies in the early stages of product creation, from specification and scope definition to feasibility testing, planning, and prototyping. (Examples: Nano Fabrica, Kornit, Nur Macro Printers)
– Customized metal chassis/gantry: We design and manufacture high-precision, heavy-duty metal frames and linear beams for various applications, as well as granite stages and rotating pedestals with no backlash and high dynamics.
– Defense: We create products that can operate in challenging and demanding environments, such as land, aerospace, and marine conditions, with high dynamic and accuracy capabilities. We specialize in stabilized, tracking pedestals and gimbals for defense systems.
– Low volume, high mix prototypes/systems: We can produce prototypes and systems with low volume and high variety, according to the customer’s needs and specifications.
– Digital inkjet printers and other methods: We have extensive experience in designing and manufacturing 2D and 3D digital inkjet (DOD&CIJ) printers, as well as other methods such as DLP (digital light processing).
Company’s Milestones
1992 – establishment of ITS – industrial techno-logic solutions
1999 – Establishment of NPE-Nur Pro Engineering as a private partnership with NMP
(Nur Macro Printers) which acquires 50% of ITS.
2002 – ITS receives the support of the “Magneton” project from the scientist for the development of machine ceramic ink and nanoparticles for glass printing based on basic research of the Kazali Institute (Jerusalem University).
2004 – ITS owned by Gera sells its share in NPE to NMP and moves to the site in Kfar Saba
2004 – First exhibition Exposure to Diptech (ITS Company)at the first Glass technology exhibition in Milan/Italy, after signing an agreement with Tamglass Finland
2005 -ITS establishes Diptech as a startup as an independent company and recruits first investors
2008 – ITS establishes ITS in China
2008 – moving to the ITS house(the new building)
2011 – An assembly and logistics site were established in Nir Eliyahu
2013 – Establishment of Anchortech H.K local procurement company in Hong Kong
2015 – New assembly and logistics site was established in Park Afek
2016 -ITS enters as a partner in Positech
2021 –ITS completes acquisition of 100% of Positech
